Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Friedrich Merz hat es im zweiten Wahlgang doch noch geschafft, zum Bundeskanzler gewählt zu werden.
Das einzig Positive an diesem Tag ist für ihn und die gesamte Bundesregierung: Es kann nach diesem desaströsen Tag für das weltweite Ansehen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland nur noch besser werden.
Bis nach "Weimar" ist es nicht mehr weit.
Irgendwie tut mir Friedrich Merz beinahe leid.
Denn er wird während seiner Amtszeit die Altkanzlerin Merkel ständig im Kreuz haben.
Es wird in den Medien viel spekuliert, wer die Abweichler im ersten Wahlgang waren.
Die vorherrschende Meinung ist, dass sie mehrheitlich in der SPD verortet sind.
Aber das glaube ich nicht.
Dazu sind die verbliebenen Parlamentarier der Sozialdemokraten viel zu sehr auf ihre eigene finanzielle Existenz bedacht.
Ich persönlich halte es für möglich, dass die Strippenzieherin Merkel ihre Hände, beziehungsweise ihr berühmt-berüchtigtes Nokia-Handy, vor der Abstimmung im Spiel hatte.
Es gibt in diesem Land noch viele Merkelianer, auch und unter den neu gewählten Unions-Abgeordneten.
Merkel hat mehr oder weniger nie einen Hehl daraus gemacht, dass sie ihrem Erzfeind Merz die Kanzlerschaft nicht gönnt.
Schon gar nicht als CDU-Bundeskanzler nach ihr.
Es spricht Bände, dass sie vor dem zweiten Wahlgang das Plenum aus angeblich "zeitlichen Gründen" verlassen musste.
Wollte sie nicht mit ansehen, dass ihr Erzfeind Merz zum Kanzler gewählt wird?
Denn auch die treuesten Merkelianer unter den Abgeordneten dürften nach dem ersten Wahlgang realisiert haben, welchen immensen Schaden sie mit ihrem Verhalten ihrem Land zugefügt haben.
Dies ist lediglich eine persönliche Theorie ohne Anspruch auf Realität.
Aber ich beschäftige mich seit ungefähr 15 Jahren intensiv mit der Biographie und dem Charakterbild von Angela Merkel.
