Zu den Krawallen der eriträischen Gruppen am 16.09.2023 möchte ich folgendes anmerken:
Die allgemeine Entrüstung im politischen Bereich läuft doch stets nach dem gleichen Muster ab, die schnell wieder verpuffen. Warum werden die Täter nicht im beschleunigten Verfahren verurteilt? Hierzu ist in der Strafprozessordung eine Hauptverhandlungshaft bis zu einer Woche möglich (beschleunigtes Verfahren gem. Par. 127b i.V.m. Par. 417 ff. StPO und die Strafe kann auf dem Fuß folgen. Dies wäre ein Signal an potentielle Täter und die Gesellschaft. Nur ein schnelle Recht ist ein gutes Recht!
